MMBR RULES

Moonbi Magic Barrel Racing (MMBR) is an affiliate of the Australian Barrel Horse Association (ABHA). MMBR rules should be read in conjunction with ABHA rules.

MMBR MEMBERSHIP

​All competitors MUST be a member of the ABHA in order to ride or compete at a MMBR event. 

Moonbi Magic Barrel Racing (MMBR) membership is optional to all competitors however includes the following benefits:

  • Qualify for prizes and awards at MMBR end of year events*
    *must compete in at least x amount of MMBR events during the year
    *points only accumulate from events AFTER membership form is return and fee paid

  • Supporting your local club!

MMBR NOVICE HORSE

Moonbi Magic Barrel Racing conducts an annual point score and end of year awards for the Novice Horse of the Year. Please see the below rules document for all qualifying criteria and relevant fees.
